Welcome to Pastry Poetry! By using our website and placing orders, you agree to the following:
1. Orders and Payments
• All orders must be paid in full at checkout.
• We accept Cash on Delivery, Bikash.
2. Custom Orders
• Custom cakes require at least (5-6 days) notice.
• Special requests depend on ingredient availability.
3. Delivery and Pick-up
• Delivery is available within Dhaka and outside of Dhaka.
• Pick-up can be arranged at request.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
• Cancel within 24 hours for a full refund.
• No refunds for late cancellations.
• Report any issues (damaged or incorrect items) within 24 hours with photos.
5. Allergy Notice
• Our products may contain allergens like nuts, dairy, gluten, and soy.
• Please inform us of any allergies when ordering.
